You must not
- Upload content you do not have the right to publish.
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, exploitative, hateful or privacy-invasive material.
- Distribute malware, malicious links or content intended to compromise devices.
- Artificially inflate reads, automate abusive traffic, evade limits or interfere with metering.
- Probe, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass access controls except where law expressly permits.
- Use Bookly for spam, impersonation, fraud or infringement.
- Share credentials or resell an account without written permission.
Enforcement
Bookly may rate-limit, challenge, investigate, hide publications, suspend delivery, preserve logs or terminate accounts. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a route to appeal. Urgent security, legal or safety risks may require action without advance notice.
